Aikido is a Japanese Martial Art . It is non violent, very technical and
nourishes the spirit. There is no competition and no medals earned.
Training Aikido improves your level of fitness , posture , coordination
and self assurance.
In Aikido we learn how to improve the way we move end how to defend
ourselves using the opponent's force with minimal effort with the help of
the basic principles within the art.
The unique work with the partner and not against the partner, makes
training much safer and much more fun.
